Amaliah Torres, MS, LPC, LMHC
Founder & Clinical Director
Amaliah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Maine, with advanced training in trauma-informed care and the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) model.
As a founder and clinician, Amaliah is deeply committed to creating spaces where women can engage in intentional healing, develop emotional resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self. Through The Growth Collective, she provides specialized, high-quality care designed to support meaningful and sustainable transformation.
She brings extensive leadership and clinical experience across residential, intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient treatment settings, where she has played a key role in program development, clinical oversight, and trauma-informed care implementation. Her work has focused on supporting individuals navigating complex trauma and substance use disorders while advancing thoughtful, high-quality treatment environments. Amaliah’s approach is holistic and individualized, grounded in the belief that meaningful healing occurs through safety, connection, and intentional therapeutic work.
Stephanie Gaitana Gonzalez, BA, MBA
Director of Strategy
Stephanie Gaitana Gonzalez serves as the Director of Strategy at The Growth Collective, where she focuses on building the systems and long-term vision that support sustainable growth for the practice. She works behind the scenes to develop financial models, operational infrastructure, and strategic planning that allow the organization to expand access to high-quality care for women.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Worcester State University and an MBA from Nichols College. She brings a strong background in business operations, financial analysis, and organizational strategy, with experience supporting growing organizations through data-driven decision making, financial planning, and scalable operational systems.
At The Growth Collective, Stephanie helps guide the practice’s long-term development by designing structures, forecasting growth, supporting group program expansion, and building systems that allow clinicians to focus on what matters most - providing meaningful, trauma-informed care to the women they serve.
Her work ensures that the practice can grow intentionally while staying aligned with its mission of providing compassionate, accessible, and transformative mental health support for women.


Tess Brown
Office Manager
The Growth Collective is supported by a dedicated office manager that help ensure a smooth and supportive experience for clients from the first point of contact through ongoing care. Tess assists with scheduling, client communication, onboarding paperwork, and coordination of billing services.
By supporting the operational side of the practice, Tess helps to ensure that clinicians can focus fully on providing thoughtful, high-quality care to the individuals we serve.
