What We
Offer

01

why groups matter (especially for women)

At The Growth Collective, our groups are more than “support groups.” They’re curated spaces for women who are usually the responsible one, the fixer, the helper, the high-achiever, the eldest daughter, the one who holds it all together. In group, you get to put it down. You sit with women navigating similar pressure, expectations, trauma, and transitions—without having to translate your experience.

  • Women-only, intentionally curated

  • Led by a trauma-informed, women’s-focused clinician

  • A balance of real talk, skills, and nervous-system safety

03

workshops & intensives

For women who want a focused reset, we also offer specialty workshops and mini-intensives throughout the year—designed to give you depth, skills, and clarity in a single, powerful experience.

Examples:

  • Boundary-Setting Lab for Eldest Daughters

  • Year-End Reflection & Reset for High-Achieving Women

  • Nervous System 101 for Women Who Are Always “On”

  • Healing from Hustle Culture: Redefining Success on Your Terms

Perfect for women who want a taste of this work before committing to ongoing therapy or a full group series.

05

rates & registration

  • $85 per group session, billed per meeting or per cycle depending on the offering.

  • Workshop and intensive rates vary by length and format; pricing will be clearly listed with each event.

Some clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits for group services. Upon request, we’re happy to provide documentation you can submit to your insurance to explore reimbursement.

02

what our groups focus on

Each group is built around the real themes we see every day in women’s lives.

  • Boundaries & Burnout: For women who feel guilty resting, saying no, or not being “on” all the time.

  • High-Functioning, Quietly Struggling: For the anxious overachiever who looks “fine” but is exhausted inside.

  • Grief, Loss & Life Rebuilding: For women navigating deaths, breakups, estrangements, and major transitions.

  • Women & Recovery Circles: For women rethinking their relationship with alcohol or substances in a shame-free space.

  • Inner Child & Self-Worth: For those healing old narratives about “too much,” “too sensitive,” or “never enough.”

Groups run in cycles so each cohort feels contained, connected, and intentional.

04

what the experience feels like

  • Small, intimate group sizes so you’re not lost in a crowd

  • Thoughtfully structured sessions: check-ins, guided content, skills, reflection, and integration

  • A calm, elevated environment (or secure virtual space) that feels supportive, not clinical

  • Clear expectations, consistent facilitation, and strong boundaries to keep the space safe

You get connection, containment, and high-level clinical care—minus the chaos and drop-in feel of typical open groups.

06

is this right for you?

This space is ideal if:

  • You’re craving community with women who are moving through similar seasons.

  • You’re tired of feeling like the only one overthinking, over-functioning, or quietly unraveling.

  • You want something more intentional and elevated than a free Facebook group or generic workshop.

  • You’re ready to invest in yourself in a way that feels aligned, supportive, and sustainable.

If you see yourself in these words, there’s a seat for you here.

year-end reset & reflection for high achieving women

This intentional, women-only workshop is designed for the high performers who hold it all together for everyone else—and rarely pause long enough to check in with themselves. In this 90-minute year-end reset, we’ll slow down, reflect, and gently recalibrate so you can enter the new year grounded, clear, and aligned with the life you actually want (not just the one you’ve been powering through on autopilot).

Through guided reflection, journaling, values-based prompts, and facilitated discussion, you’ll:

  • Process the emotional weight of this past year without minimizing your experiences

  • Identify what’s no longer serving you—obligations, roles, patterns, or people-pleasing

  • Celebrate your growth, resilience, and quiet wins you rarely give yourself credit for

  • Clarify what you want more of in the year ahead: rest, joy, boundaries, purpose, connection

  • Create a simple, sustainable plan to support your mental health and nervous system moving forward

This space is warm, confidential, and created specifically for ambitious, sensitive, eldest-daughter-energy women who carry a lot. You don’t need a “rock bottom” to deserve support. Come as you are—leave with language for what you’re feeling, a softer inner narrative, and a more compassionate roadmap for your next chapter.
